How do you decide my price?
Your model, storage and the condition you describe. If our check finds something different, we show you exactly what changed, and if you'd rather not take the revised price we ship it back free.
What can I sell?

How do I ship it?
Accept your offer and we email a free prepaid label for your first device. Print it, or just show the barcode at the counter. Extra devices in the same order ship at your own cost.
What happens to my data?
Every device is factory reset and fully wiped before it's resold or recycled. We still recommend signing out of your accounts and doing your own reset before you send it.
When do I get paid?
Within one business day of receiving and inspecting your device, by the method you chose. At meetups you're paid in cash on the spot.
Can we meet in person?
